Pokimane left speechless after learning what “swingers” are

Popular Twitch streamer Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys is known for her awkward interactions with fans, as well as the hilarious moments that crop up during her broadcasts – one of which took a NSFW turn.

Anys was playing a dating simulation game during a stream on July 30 when she was presented with a unique dialogue option for her male character.

The line, which read, “Invite her to a swingers party,” seemed to confuse Anys, who admitted that she didn’t know what the term “swingers” meant.

Pokimane is one of Twitch’s most popular female content creators, boasting over three million followers on the platform.

Thus, she turned to Google for answers – and was appalled upon learning the truth.

For those unaware of the word’s meaning, “swingers” are couples in committed relationships who mutually choose to engage in sexual relations with others as a “social activity” – a term popularly referred to as “wife swapping” or “husband swapping.”

“Swingers” is a term used to refer to couples in a committed relationship who engage in sexual activity with others.

This understandably surprised Pokimane, who openly screamed after clicking on the “images” tab of her Google search of the word, covering her mouth with her hand in shock.

“I thought it was gonna be like, maybe strippers and stuff,” she admitted. “I didn’t think it was gonna be, you know… you know. I’m sure I found out what that was at some point, but I dead ass could not remember. Eww!”

Despite expressing open disgust at the sexual practice, Anys decided to go through with the “swingers” dialogue option in her game – which didn’t end so well for her character, after his love interest told him to “take his right hand” to a swingers party, instead.

This wouldn’t be the first time a Twitch streamer has Googled a NSFW act during a broadcast, by far: controversial streamer Alinity Divine was presented with a “sensitive” yoga pose during a stream in Early March, which wasn’t really about yoga, at all.

As it so happens, the phrase “tooting your own horn” means more than bragging on oneself, as Alinity unfortunately discovered, after Googling “strange things that people can do” – leading to a hilarious reaction from the streamer.

Whatever the case may be, Googling potentially NSFW items during live streams is generally frowned upon by Twitch’s TOS – but it makes for some unforgettable moments, nevertheless.
